1) Update hosts file with the server's short and FQDN name

2) Stop OpsCenter services:

<install_path>\OpsCenter\server\bin>opsadmin stop

Stopping the OpsCenter Server...
Stopping the OpsCenter database...

3) Start OpsCenter services:

 <install_path>\OpsCenter\server\bin>opsadmin start
